Wuxi Zhengyuan Casting Company was established in 1992 .Originally named Wuxi Shenda Casting Factory(which operated by state and collective). In 2005,it was reorganized to be a private family enterprise.Wuxi Zhengyuan Casting Company is closely cooperating with Wuxi Jiuyuan Technology Company, Wuxi Zhengjie Machine Company.We mainly produce:parts of turbocharger,nodular iron castings, grey iron castings, aluminum alloy castings, high-Ni iron castings, precision machining processing and R&D of new products.
Firstly,Wuxi Zhengyuan Casting Company is located in Bashi Jinqiao Industrial Park in Xibei town, Xishan district, Wuxi City,Jiangsu Province.Covered about 33,000 M2 and had easy transportation, the distance to Wuxi Railway Station is only 9km from south and only 150m to Road S228 towards Zhangjiagang(Jiangyin) from east. We have 150 employees, 15 of them are high and middle level technical person which take up 10% of total.We got the quality certification of ISO9002 in 1999 and we got the QS9000:1998 quality certification in 2002 ,In 2007 we got the TS16949 quality certification.The quality administation of our products is strictly controled according to TS16949 system.
In 1992, our company imported the automatic shell core machine and shell-molding machine from U.S. We have four processing techniques：shell mold shell core moulding, the sand coated iron moulding,no-bake resin sand moulding and common clay-bonded sand moulding. We can produce different size of nodular graphite iron castings, grey iron castings, high-Ni iron castings and heat resistant steel castings,all of them could be high-precision,little roughness and intricated structure.We use intermediate frequency furnace to make molten iron(steel).We have the whole processing technology of surface shot blasting cleaning, heat treatment etc. The qualities of the castings are also guaranteed by the OBLF/GS1000 direct reading spectrometry and full range of inspection devices.
The productive capacity of our company is 3000—5000 ton per year,we mainly provided castings and parts of inter shell of turbocharger and turbine shell ,vechile spare parts for purchasers such as Japan enterprises:Jiangsu IHI Company,Changchun Fawer-IHI Company;Switzerland-ABB Company,U.S.-Lord Company and Canadian purchasers.We provide high precision castings and parts of agricultural machinery,hydraulic machinery,construction machinery,precision machinery,vessel and electric apparatus to Japan-Yanmar Company;U.S. :Eaton Company, Gaterpillar Company；Germany-Bomag Company,Germany-Siemens Company,Switzerland-Buhler Company,U.K.-W?RTSIL? Company.

Thirdly, The main business of Wuxi Zhengjie Machine Company are: kinds of machines and parts of electric machines, designing and producing cast molds,cold punching molds,plastic mold and other molds. We also provide high precision processing service.The main equipments: Japan LGMazak vertical processing center, LGMazak NC lathe, milling planers, large surface grinders, and kinds of common lathe, three dimensional measuring machine etc.80% of the staff have the junior college diploma or higher degree and have rich experience in the actual works.We have ability to produce high-precision and qualified products.
